How our group works

★ After being approved to join the group, POPS! members can attend regular meetings and special session events we periodically hold to address key topics of interest and concern.

★ To make sure we act on our values of safety and accountability, only people who have completed our group application and intake process will receive details to join our virtual meetings. Therefore, we ask you not to share the meeting link with anyone. Instead, please refer them to Our Communities and Groups.

★  After being approved to join the group, POPS! members can attend regular meetings and special session events we periodically hold to address key topics of interest and concern.

★  Please let us know in advance whenever possible, if you need to arrive late or leave early, so that folx can prepare and feel safer.

★ Our group has discussed folx’s needs and decided together that people who arrive later than 15 minutes after our scheduled start time will not be admitted to our regular meetings.

★ Group members are NOT required to attend all meetings nor judged for missing part or all of some meetings when necessary.

★ We want you to attend because you genuinely want to be with us, not out of any sense of obligation, fear, pressure, or guilt.

★ We’re continuing to develop our virtual options for connecting with each other between meetings.
