FAQ: Please read before contacting us

Q: Who am I contacting?

A: The administrative work of the Centre is organised by a small, all-volunteer Team who do this work without receiving any financial compensation or external funding. We do our best to respond to relevant contact within our capacity.

Q: How can I share feedback about your website?

A: We welcome feedback that aligns with Our Values and Community Agreements. You can share your feedback about our website through the contact form on this page.

Q: What are your priorities when responding to contact?

Due to our limited capacity, we prioritise contact from people planning to enrol and/or already enrolled in one of our courses and / or workshops and people who are or wish to be members of our private virtual community.

If you are an actual or prospective student or community member, then we will do our best to respond within 3 (three) days when possible.

Q: If I'm not an actual or prospective student or community member, how long will it take for you to respond?

If you are not an actual or prospective student or community member, please wait for 2 (two) weeks before resending your message.
